Our Ready to Ship dolls are shipped to our US warehouses by cargo which reduces our cost dramatically and allows us to offer a very aggressive price. However, those are warehouse sales which offer the best price but cannot be customized. i.e. We can sell some accessories such as shemale kit or wig separately but we cannot add any function or alter any colors. If you want to pay more and add more functions such as body heating, voice, or change to a different body types, you can visit our Classic Dolls category or match a body type with a face by using build your own. Please be noticed that since the customized dolls will be shipped from our factory in China, the cost will be a little bit higher than the ready to ship selections.

Shipping Notes:

  • This doll comes with standing feet for free.
  • The doll will be shipped from the LA warehouse by UPS or FedEx usually within 24-48 hours after we receive the order
  • For Canadian customers, there will be a shipping surcharge to cover the extra shipping cost. All fees are included for the US customer.
  • Canadian customers may or may not need to pay C.O.D import tax depending on the Canadian customs. Usually, it’s 50 – 100 CAD if you are required to pay for it. You can simply pay it online.

Special Return policy for Ready to Ship Dolls
Due to the nature of our products, we usually don't accept return. However, since we have high confidence on our Ready To Ship dolls, we offer a special return policy.
  • If you are not happy with what you have received, you can contact us within 24 hours upon receiving your doll to initial a return request.
  • The doll, including the package, must be in the original condition. i.e. never been used, damaged, contaminated (Photo verification may require).
  • We will take 15% restocking fee from the refund.
  • The return shipping is at buyer's cost.
  • The policy only apply to the "ready-to-ship" dolls shipped from the US warehouse. Not include accessories and other customized products.
  • For additional support issue, please feel free to contact our support.

For Dolls:

  • Within one year from the date of purchase, if your doll has any quality issues, we will repair the doll for free, exclusing the shipping cost. We will also cover all parts replacement costs.
  • After one year of purchase, we will still repair it for free, but you are responsible for the shipping cost and parts replacement cost, if any.
  • All AI dolls comes with lifetime free software upgrades.
  • The warranty will be void if it's an invalid claim.
For Accessories:
  • All accessories sales are final due to the nature of our products.

Return Policy

  • We take product quality extremely seriously, and every doll is thoroughly inspected and tested before leaving our studio.
  • Upon initial receipt of the doll, if there appears to be a defect or damage, please contact us within 24 hours at [email protected]
  • We do not offer refunds for any other reason other than if the product is serious damaged on arrival.
  • For additional support issue, please feel free to contact our 24/7 technical support
  • All sales are final due to the nature of our products

I am just about to order just need to know if the a 5"2 body will still have the same features structure, breast, butt andall features look the same as the 5,6 and photo Thank you for your time and patience I do realize there are professional photos, just want to make sure basically the body and features is what you're going to get Chris Blake asked on March 7, 2022

Hi Chris,

Understand your concerns. You can take a look for another model Andrea. Her page has a YouTube video which has an open box demo from a previous conversation customer. It will show you the 5'2 small chest model. The 5'2 Alisha you will receive has the same body but a different head and wig. Please let me know if it helps.

Personally, I think 5'6 and 5'2 are very similar body types. 5'2 is a little bit shorter and lighter.

Hi Chris, currently, we have run out the 5'6 version for this model. If you want 5'6 model, we have other choices for ready to ship.
The last few pics are the factory pics taken by a cell phone. Each doll looks slightly different anyway since once she is out of the casting mold. There will be some manual sculpture work. Also, the product pics were taken in the professional studio. The doll in the picture also had the makeup done by the professional. The lighting is also different. There is no way to have 100% the same compared to cell phone pics.
