Due to the nature of our products, we usually don't accept return. However, since we have high confidence on our Ready To Ship dolls, we offer a special return policy.
  • If you are not happy with what you have received, you can contact us within 24 hours upon receiving your doll to initial a return request.
  • The doll, including the package, must be in the original condition. i.e. never been used, damaged, contaminated (Photo verification may require).
  • We will take 15% restocking fee from the refund.
  • The return shipping is at buyer's cost.
  • The policy only apply to the "ready-to-ship" dolls shipped from the US warehouse. Not include accessories and other customized products.

Are you guys able to make the nipple color and mouth match the model photos? I’m looking at customer photos and she looks really good but definitely not the same. Not sure if the breasts fully match the pictures however, they do appear a bit smaller in width; purchased the gel filled option. Her butthole is only 2 inches deep, so that was a disappointment and will have to be modified. Her butt is very small, and she will have to do some squats, that's for sure. Her weight is a bit higher than expected as well. She's toting closer the 90 pound mark, which I'd expected for a skeleton over 5'7. Not too bad though. Almost zero excess "skin tags" to pull off, she came quite clean. Makeup was very nicely done. Can't beat the price for what this is.

      Thanks! That’s actually the same wig tho, I just took her braids out and changed the eyes out (found identical ones with different colors on Amazon). She actually startled me the first few days.. I thought there was a real person standing there when entering the room lol. Can one use lotion on these dolls or just baby powder? Can I use regular stick on eyelashes too? Her original ones were barely hanging on upon arrival. Really appreciate your awesome service and fast response times.         1. I would suggest baby powder. You may say some postings online about using lotion but I think it’s just a personal preference. The doll is made of TPE materials which has oil going out naturally.
