Due to the nature of our products, we usually don't accept return. However, since we have high confidence on our Ready To Ship dolls, we offer a special return policy.
  • If you are not happy with what you have received, you can contact us within 24 hours upon receiving your doll to initial a return request.
  • The doll, including the package, must be in the original condition. i.e. never been used, damaged, contaminated (Photo verification may require).
  • We will take 15% restocking fee from the refund.
  • The return shipping is at buyer's cost.
  • The policy only apply to the "ready-to-ship" dolls shipped from the US warehouse. Not include accessories and other customized products.

Hi Fred, we understand your concern. Apr 7th is the best ETA provided by our shipper. Right now, the cargo is under customs clearance. To be honest, we cannot guarantee to deliver by Apr 7th. The delivery time really depends on the customs. Due to the pandemic, there is really something we cannot control. However, if we cannot deliver the doll in a timely fashion, you have the option to request a full refund or exchange. Hopefully, it can address your concerns.

      Thank you, Stephen. The doll you ordered is a full-size doll. If you want to buy any cloth or outfit, you can just use the height and the measurements. The size and scale should be similar to a real girl. The only thing to be aware of is that don’t buy dark colors which may lose color. Since the doll is made of TPE material. Some clothes may fade and stain the doll’s skin.

      Btw, we do have a plan to open a lingerie section in the future. Currently, it’s delayed by the pandemic.
