  • If you are not happy with what you have received, you can contact us within 24 hours upon receiving your doll to initial a return request.
  • The doll, including the package, must be in the original condition. i.e. never been used, damaged, contaminated (Photo verification may require).
  • We will take 15% restocking fee from the refund.
  • The return shipping is at buyer's cost.
  • The policy only apply to the "ready-to-ship" dolls shipped from the US warehouse. Not include accessories and other customized products.

Can Lorene's head be switched with Belle's head,.and still be considered ready to ship from US Warehouse? Eric Hauch asked on March 5, 2022

Just replied to your email. Unfortunately, no. The ready to ship doll is a warehouse sale designed for low price and fast shipping but we cannot alter anything.

Your best bet is to buy Lorene first and then we can sell you Belle's head separately.
