Our Ready to Ship dolls are shipped to our US warehouses by cargo which reduces our cost dramatically and allows us to offer a very aggressive price. However, those are warehouse sales which offer the best price but cannot be customized. i.e. We can sell some accessories such as shemale kit or wig separately but we cannot add any function or alter any colors. If you want to pay more and add more functions such as body heating, voice, or change to a different body types, you can visit our Classic Dolls category or match a body type with a face by using build your own. Please be noticed that since the customized dolls will be shipped from our factory in China, the cost will be a little bit higher than the ready to ship selections.

Shipping Notes:

  • The doll will be shipped from the CA warehouse by UPS or FedEx usually within 24-48 hours after we receive the order

Special Return policy for Ready to Ship Dolls
Due to the nature of our products, we usually don't accept return. However, since we have high confidence on our Ready To Ship dolls, we offer a special return policy.
  • If you are not happy with what you have received, you can contact us within 24 hours upon receiving your doll to initial a return request.
  • The doll, including the package, must be in the original condition. i.e. never been used, damaged, contaminated (Photo verification may require).
  • We will take 15% restocking fee from the refund.
  • The return shipping is at buyer's cost.
  • The policy only apply to the "ready-to-ship" dolls shipped from the US warehouse. Not include accessories and other customized products.
  • For additional support issue, please feel free to contact our support.

  • After one year of purchase, we will still repair it for free, but you are responsible for the shipping cost and parts replacement cost, if any.
  • All AI dolls comes with lifetime free software upgrades.
  • The warranty will be void if it's an invalid claim.
For Accessories:
  • All accessories sales are final due to the nature of our products.

Return Policy

  • We take product quality extremely seriously, and every doll is thoroughly inspected and tested before leaving our studio.
  • Upon initial receipt of the doll, if there appears to be a defect or damage, please contact us within 24 hours at [email protected]
  • We do not offer refunds for any other reason other than if the product is serious damaged on arrival.

  • All sales are final due to the nature of our products
